Casualty insurance agency operations or agency leadership.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">At least 3 years of experience leading teams through subordinate leaders.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Demonstrated accountability for agency or divisional financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and expense oversight.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experience leading significant organizational change initiatives, including acquisitions, operating model redesigns, or system conversions.</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Strong knowledge of commercial lines, personal lines, small commercial markets, and agency operations.</li> <li
