Responsibilities and Duties
- Help out the Clients by providing proper information.
- Obtain client information by answering calls and providing proper guidelines.
- Determine customers needs & preferences.
- Help out Clients to Plan & Search for proper Travel Bookings.
- Agents should respond in a proper professional way by giving them proper advices.
Qualifications
Freshers can also apply but should have execellent communication skills.
Preferrably people with atleast 3 to 6 months experience into voice process.
