Job Description

Working as Senior QA Engineer at Lucid Dreams, specifically at our NFT Game project "Toyo", you'll be able to independently develop the test strategy and be the QA arm of an unreleased game, owning the end-to-end testing of everything related to the game development, including both manual functional testings and automated methodologies.

Your main responsibilities:

You will work independently in your area, however you will contribute and receive contributions from all the Tech Team, which is made from approximately 8 persons.
You will create and continuously improve the test strategy for the development and the staging phases, which implies that you have autonomy to work with tools and methodologies, knowing how to approach manual test creation for the most plural scenarios.
You will be responsible for writing documents and reports related to QA, for instance, Changelog and Backlog, and for organising a schedule for
The Senior QA Engineer will perform exhaustive and reliable tests, and transform all the data obtained from the tests in a well organised report, which will be used by different internal teams (development, management, creation).

Qualifications

Strong initiative and ability to work proactively, self-managed person and responsible adult. Also interpersonal and soft skills are required. The candidate must be apt to team work collaboratively with a multi-continental team which is located in different time-zones.
Superb spoken and written communication. The Senior QA Engineer must have strong communication skills in order to transform bulk testing data into readable and comprehensive reports, and for doing presentations for the other teams and stakeholders as well.
If the candidate has previous experience with testing Blockchain / NFT will be a big plus. Gaming testing background is mandatory.
