It’s a rare chance to be part of a product-driven culture where you make your own product decisions, emphasis is on quality of solutions rather than outputs, and everyone strives to improve across practices, tools, technologies. </p> <p>You’ll enjoy a high degree of ownership, diverse set of problems (technology, regulations, user experience) and an environment that values problem-solving and collaboration. </p> <h3>Your main responsibilities will be:</h3> <ul> <li>Solve complex customer problems as part of the product team.</li> <li>Deliver initiatives from conception to meaningful results.</li> <li>Build, scale and run resilient production systems.</li> <li>Suggest continuous improvements to speed of delivery and learning through processes, tooling and teamwork.</li> <li>Maintain high code quality and architecture representative of the reality of the business to make sure the team does not slow down in the future.</li> </ul> <h3>What would ensure success in this role?</h3> <ul> <li>Strong software engineering background and hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Java or any other strongly typed backend stack.</li> <li>Familiarity with frontend tech, preferably React.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and business.</li> <li>Product-driven and with previous experience in a fast-growing product company.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points for having</h3> <ul> <li>Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Docker</li> <li>Solid grasp of designing distributed systems</li> <li>Relevant domain knowledge (finance, credit, banking, insurance etc.)</li> </ul> <h3>What can you expect at Bondora? </h3> <ul> <li>Contribute to Bondora’s ambitious goal of reaching 1BN in revenue.
