Spring Oak Toms River is seeking a dependable, friendly Dietary Aide to help create enjoyable dining experiences for our residents. If you enjoy helping others and working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you! \n Responsibilities: Assist with preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages. Help residents with mealtime needs, including feeding and drinking assistance as directed. Follow dietary guidelines, individual meal plans, and special requests. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas. Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and dining room setup and cleanup. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Work with the dietary team to ensure meals are served accurately and on time. Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and communicate their needs or concerns to the appropriate team member. Qualifications: Previous dietary, food service, or kitchen experience preferred, especially in assisted living or a nursing home. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization. A patient, compassionate approach to assisting older adults. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
