The Group is embarking on an exciting and challenging transformation program, and our software solutions are a driving force behind this strategy using cloud computing and leading-edge design patterns.&nbsp; The Role: This is a great opportunity for an experienced DevOps to join our super-motivated DevOps team, be part of one of our existing customers' teams.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure and shared platform services</li> <li>Design and align Cloud architecture with customer</li> <li>Own and drive architectural topics with the solution architect, client, and stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain and evolve existing Azure environments, including building newinfrastructure from scratch</li> <li>Drive DevOps best practices related to scalability, reliability, security, and automation</li> <li>Improve CI/CD processes, pipelines, and automation</li> <li>Improve monitoring, alerting, and overall operational visibility</li> <li>Collaborate closely with development teams to enable efficient and stable delivery</li> <li>Participate in development team stand-ups and technical discussions as a DevOps lead</li> <li>Work with QA teams to integrate functional and automated tests into CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes in the technical stack and processes</li> <li>Take a proactive approach to implementing and continuously improving DevOps practices</li> </ul> &nbsp; Requirements:&nbsp; <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Landing Zones, Front Door, Storage, App Service, Azure SQL Database)</li> <li>Experience with or readiness to work on modern Azure compute services (AzureContainer Apps, AKS, Azure Functions)</li> <li>Solid Infrastructure-as-Code expertise (Bicep, Terraform)</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, YAML-based workflows, and Azure DevOps</li> <li>Experience with GitHub Flow / GitHub Actions (or willingness to adopt)</li> <li>Strong PowerShell scripting skills</li> <li>Experience with containerization and Kubernetes-based deployments in Azure</li> <li>Good understanding of Azure security, IAM, and Entra ID</li> <li>Understanding of security, compliance, and governance standards, including SOC2 Type 2, within DevOps processes</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li> <li>English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher</li> </ul> Nice to Have: <ul> <li>Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments from an infrastructure or DevOps perspective</li> <li>Familiarity with Power Platform and the broader Microsoft enterprise ecosystem</li> </ul> &nbsp;<div class="content-conclusion">We offer*: <ul> <li>Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexible</li> <li>A competitive salary and good compensation package</li> <li>Personalized career growth</li> <li>Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)</li> <li>Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing</li> <li>Education reimbursement</li> <li>Memorable anniversary presents</li> <li>Corporate events and team buildings</li> <li>Other location-specific benefits</li> </ul> *not applicable for freelancers</div>
