Overview <hr> As an IT Operations Analyst, you will administer the day-to-day purchasing and record-keeping operations of products and services on behalf of IT Services. <hr> Your Impact <hr> The essential functions of this position include: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the life cycle of the telco / datacenter invoices from receipt to submission to Accounts Payable for payment (this includes review / audit of invoice charges based on contracted rates)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track telco / datacenter spend ensuring it aligns with the current fiscal year’s budget which includes providing IT Management with periodic budget-related reports</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the datacenter contracts – facilitate the renewal process by engaging the Contracts Team, vendor, and Business Unit owners</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Submit requests for circuit quotes to telco vendors and negotiate for competitive pricing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide back-up support to the Network Team which includes placing / tracking circuit orders (move, add, change, and disconnect)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the mobile devices which includes billing, inventory, requests, and shipping</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the management of telco equipment assets</li> </ul> <hr> Qualifications <hr> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 3+ years supporting operations and/or IT</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Outstanding organizational skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong quantitative and analytical skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage small projects; willing to coordinate the work of others</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong ability to multi-task and follow-up independently on a wide-range of issues</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience coordinating the purchase of equipment and supplies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of computers and equipment</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Effective written and verbal communication skills</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must be adept in use of MS Office, Project, internet, and e-mail</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to perform keyboard intensive work 90% of the time</li> </ul> <hr> Position Specifics <hr> The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between&nbsp; $24.03 and $28.84&nbsp;hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
