Job Description

It’s early days, but we have a working prototype that’s turning heads and have just completed a hugely successful pilot. We’re confident we’ve cracked the major business, sales, and marketing challenges and are now looking for a technical co-founder that brings significant hands-on engineering experience to our team as we build a MVP and go to market.

We’re currently fundraising and would love to talk regardless of if you want to get involved now, or need to stay on the bench until funding closes.

As our Co-Founder and first engineer, you will:

Be a founding member of ALL2 (up to 30% equity), working closely with us across literally everything - product, technology, sales, and more.
Join team that’s pre-revenue, pre-customers, & pre-funding - where all the fun really happens
Contribute to the core strategy, vision, and development of our web, mobile, and backend technologies (currently LAMP-stack but likely to change)
Start 100% hands-on as we take our MVP to market, then lead a 3-6 person engineering team

Qualifications

Our ideal Technical Co-Founder will have:

A passion for building solutions that improve Employee Experience, re-define Company Culture, and ultimately make people happy
Hands-on fullstack engineering with experience, ideally in startup-like environment working modern web technologies
Experience as a player/coach for small engineering teams on complex development efforts across web, mobile, and/or infrastructure
Shipped products that have delighted consumer and/or enterprise customers
Demonstrable expertise in one of more of the following technologies: Progressive Web Applications, Full-Stack Javascript, Native iOS/Android Development, Data Science, AWS, Microservices or Serverless Infrastructure, or any Modern Web Stack
Bonus Points: Passion for HR Tech, Employee Experience, or Company Culture. Previous experience in a high-growth or early stage startup and/or delivering MVPs. Background in Statistics or Data Science.
