Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Intake and Assessment Team Safeguarding Hub within the Older People &amp; Physical Disabilities Service, based in Southwark (South London). This is a specialist safeguarding role focused on supporting adults at risk and delivering positive outcomes through the Making Safeguarding Personal framework. Working within a dedicated safeguarding hub, you will manage safeguarding concerns, assess risk, and determine the progression of Section 42 enquiries, ensuring individuals remain at the centre of the safeguarding process.
