Hourly Wage: $23-$32

As the Interim Facility Staffing Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to for ensuring that:

Every nursing shift is fully and appropriately staffed based on census, budget, and need
New hires are prepped and ready with schedules and orientation support
Attendance and tardiness are monitored and reported accurately
You work closely with HR and Nursing leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
Communication stays clear, positive, and professional with staff, applicants, and departments
Records, licenses, and certifications are always up-to-date and compliant
Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure all shifts are covered
Fill last-minute call-outs and shift changes
Schedule and track transportation for resident appointments and outings
Work closely with drivers and nursing staff to keep everything running on time
Handle any changes or updates with confidence and speed
Maintain accurate records and reports like scheduling logs and transport calendars
Collaborate across departments to keep operations flowing
