ポジション概要

Finance Managerは、TD SYNNEX Japanにおいて、以下2つの重要な役割を担うポジションです。

1. Gateway Computer（GWC）のFinance Leadership

TD SYNNEX株式会社の子会社であるGateway Computer（GWC）のファイナンス機能をリードし、財務管理･財務統制全般についてEnd-to-Endで責任を担います。

2. Service BusinessのFinance Business Partner

GWCを含むサービス事業の戦略的なファイナンスビジネスパートナーとして、事業の立ち上げおよび成長を財務面から支援します。事業部長と協働での戦略策定に加えて、データに基づく意思決定の支援、戦略の実行推進を通じて、持続的かつ収益性の高い事業成長に貢献いただきます。

事業部のマネジメントメンバーや各関連部門と密接に連携し、ファイナンスの側面からのインサイトや建設的な提言、実行支援を提供することで、事業戦略を具体的な財務・オペレーション成果につなげていくことが期待されます。

主な業務内容

1. GWCの財務管理・財務統制

GWCの財務管理および財務統制全般をリードします。主な業務は以下の通りです。

·        月次・年次決算および財務レポーティング

·        与信管理および売掛金管理

·        資金管理・キャッシュマネジメント

·        税務対応

·        内部統制対応

·        その他、GWCにおけるファイナンス領域全般の管理・統制

2. Finance Business Partnering

TD SYNNEX本国のサービス事業とも必要に応じて連携を行いながら、GWCとサービス事業の立ち上げ・成長をファイナンスの立場から推進します。

·        経営層・事業部のマネジメントメンバーと連携し、中期事業計画および年度事業計画を策定

·        財務KGIおよび事業KPIの設定・管理

·        重要な意思決定において財務インサイトを提供し、意思決定の質とスピードを向上

·        戦略および財務上の意思決定を具体的なアクションプランに落とし込み、戦略実行を支援

·        財務パフォーマンス向上につながる主要施策の特定および推進

3. 財務分析・レポーティング

·        サービス事業およびGWCの財務パフォーマンス管理・測定

·        定例およびアドホックでの各種財務分析

·        分析結果に基づく重要なインサイトの提供

·        サービス事業およびGWCの経営メンバーとの定期的レビュー・ディスカッションの実施

·        P&Lおよび運転資本の観点から現状課題把握と改善をリード

·        TD SYNNEX Japanの社長およびシニアディレクター（日本CFO）に対する、事業パフォーマンスのレポーティングの実施

4. 事業計画・フォーキャスト

·        サービス事業およびGWCにおけるP&L・運転資本を対象とした財務計画およびフォーキャストプロセスのリード

·        月次フォーキャストの作成および将来の事業計画策定

·        年間事業計画に対するGapの早期特定

·        GWCを含む事業部マネジメントメンバーと連携した改善施策の策定および実行

·        戦略的・オペレーション上の意思決定を支援するシナリオ分析や感度分析の実施

5. People Management / Team Leadership

最大5名のFinance Teamをマネジメントし、組織およびメンバーの継続的な成長をリードします。

·        GWCファイナンスチームのマネジメントおよびメンバー育成
（一部、倉庫メンバー2名のピープルマネジメントを行う可能性あり）

·        チームとしての明確な目標・優先順位の設定

·        各施策の着実な実行およびオーナーシップの醸成

·        コーチング・フィードバック、適切な権限移譲を通じたメンバーの能力開発

·        チームワークと継続的なアップスキルを重視したチームカルチャーの醸成

応募資格

必須要件

·        ファイナンス領域における10年以上の実務経験

·        FP&Aに関する豊富な経験（Finance Business Partnering、Financial Planning、Forecasting、Financial Analysis）

·        3年以上のピープルマネジメント経験およびファイナンス人材のマネジメント・育成経験

·        事業のドライバーを理解し、前提や計画に対して建設的な課題的を行い、事業上の意思決定に影響を与えられるビジネスパートナースキル

·        高い分析力および問題解決能力

·        財務KGIや事業KPIなど、Financial / Operational Performance Indicatorの設計・導入経験

·        財務諸表、P&L管理、運転資本、キャッシュフロー等の財務管理に関する十分な知識

·        複雑な財務・事業情報を整理し、具体的かつ実行可能なビジネスインサイトとして伝える能力

·        部門・役職を越えて関係者と協働できる高いコミュニケーションとステークホルダーマネジメント能力

·        高いオーナーシップとレジリエンスを有し、自律的かつ主体的に業務を推進できる方

·        戦略的な思考とハンズオンでの実行力の双方を備えている方

·        ネイティブレベルの日本語力

·        ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（読み・書き・会話）
