We are a fast-paced, entrepreneurial bunch that is committed to helping customers navigate the "new normal"; and we are looking for a reliable, motivated field representative to service existing accounts and establish new business.

Job Description

As a part-time Field Service Representative you will focus on servicing our existing customer base and continuously growing our business by establishing relationships with new accounts. Please note that you will be visiting customer sites regularly. You will have flexibility in your schedule and the opportunity to work full-time hours based on your performance. At a minimum you are self-motivated, customer focused, and experienced in supporting sales; you also have a professional presence and a clean driving record.

The successful Field Service Rep will:

Provide exceptional customer service while building and maintaining profitable customer relationships
Master all aspects of route operations in order to achieve (or exceed) goals
Work with Sales leader to develop efficient routes, schedules, feedback, etc. aimed at creating a superior customer experience
Service the account on every visit to include – resolution of customer inquiries, follow-up on previous orders, proactive upselling and/or marketing of product portfolio
Learn and invest time in acquiring necessary product knowledge
Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities
Represent the Company in a professional manner

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; Associates degree or higher is preferred
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer issues
1+ years' experience in field sales or field customer service is preferred
Ability to be a team player but also work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to upsell, cross-sell, market, negotiate and control inventory
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using multiple technology devices daily to accomplish your goals and are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
Ability to work a flexible work week to include occasional evening and weekends
Reliable transportation to warehouse and clean driving record
Must pass MVR (driving record) and a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications:

Business-to-business (B2B) sales/customer service experience
Proficiency with Mobile Apps and SalesForce CRM
Bilingual in English and Spanish
