Monday-Friday About the Role As a Polestar Product Genius, you are the product expert and brand ambassador for Polestar. Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing in-depth knowledge of Polestar vehicles, technology, and innovations, both in the showroom and during test drives. For this role, a full, clean driving licence is a must! Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and guide them through the Polestar brand and model range. Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features, technology, and benefits. Conduct engaging and informative test drives. Support the sales team by answering product-related questions. Stay up to date with Polestar product launches, updates, and training. Ensure vehicles are presented to Polestar brand standards. Skills and Experience Strong communication and presentation skills.
