We are currently hiring Packers who will be trained and developed into Assemblers . This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Pack and prepare finished products for shipment Learn and transition into assembly responsibilities Use hand and power tools to assemble products Handle and move materials throughout the work area Perform frequent heavy lifting Inspect products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures Requirements: Previous hand and power tool experience is required Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Reliable and able to work a full-time, on-site schedule Willingness to learn and develop into an Assembler role
