You will also be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies with your team, while managing a profitable trading book.&nbsp; &nbsp;This position offers exposure to a diverse range of professionals at all levels, as well as to companies from various industries and markets. Your commercial skills will be challenged as you work strategically to offer clients sustainable solutions and negotiate favourable conditions. Your analytical mindset and strategic thinking will allow you to run a book in a disciplined manner, even in times of market turmoil.&nbsp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Build and develop your own customer portfolio within the Polish market, with a focus on both wholesale and corporate clients.&nbsp; </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Negotiate and execute transactions with new and existing counterparties, driving commercial outcomes and strengthening long-term relationships.&nbsp; </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Structure complex deals and collaborate closely with internal teams (trading, analysis, operations) to ensure successful execution.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Stay on top of key market developments, continuously monitoring trends, and identifying commercial opportunities.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Act as a trusted source of market intelligence for your counterparties, providing insights and adding value beyond transactions. &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with analysts and colleagues to develop and execute trading strategies aligned with market conditions and client needs.&nbsp;</li> </ul> KEY REQUIREMENTS&nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Relevant professional experience in sales, trading, business development, or account management. Experience within sustainability, energy markets, or financial services is considered a strong advantage. &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong commercial acumen combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are able to identify opportunities, assess potential, and translate this into tangible business outcomes. &nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactive and confident in outreach, including cold calling and engaging new contacts. You are comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships from the ground up.&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fluent Polish and English speaker at a business level.
