Mission

Support the career growth of our Executive MBA participants while strengthening the external ecosystem that enables their career success.

This role is combination of career advisory, market knowledge and relationship-building. It focuses both on career strategy advising and developing relationships with employers, alumni, and industry partners to build a strong network and create opportunities for our Executive MBA community.

Main responsibilities

1. Career Development

Desing and implement a career journey that offers relevant activities and timely support for the professional growth of EMBA participants.

Support participants in defining their career objectives, developing professional growth strategies, and preparing for selection processes through a personalized advising journey.
Manage collaboration with the pool of advisors, career coaches, market experts and executive search professionals to ensure seamless experience for the participants.
Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and a high standard of service.

2. Market Engagement & Partnership Development

Build and maintain relationships with employers, executive search firms, alumni and industry leaders.
Identify opportunities that can lead to introductions, referrals, networking contacts and recruitment pathways for Executive MBA participants.
Work closely with the Employer Engagement team to identify and develop new corporate partnerships.

Strengthen engagement with the Executive MBA alumni community, promoting mentorship and connections.
Monitor executive hiring trends and evolving market opportunities relevant to EMBA student profiles.

4. Employment Data

Ensure the timely and accurate collection and analysis of employment data and translate it into insights that support improvements in the Career Journey and participants’ experience.

Desired profile

Experience in business, executive search, talent acquisition, employer relations or related fields
Experience in working with international and senior profiles
Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach
Thrives in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast‑changing environment
Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must

Desired profile:

5-10 years of previous experience in career advising, recruitment, headhunting .or employer relations.
Experience in working with international and senior profiles.
Student-centered mindset and excellent people skills.
Stakeholder management and collaboration.
Analytical thinking and strategic decision making.
Self-driven and excellence mindset.
Thrives in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast‑changing environment.
Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must.
