5-7 years of Experience
Design and implement test plans for validating all broadband releases specific to cable modem and GPON ONTs.
Identify activities, required skills, and estimates for testing work plans that cover all phases of the testing lifecycle including test strategy, test preparation, test data management, test planning, test execution, and metrics tracking.
Participate with project teams through the development and test stages to ensure full understanding of business requirements.
Identify the automation tools and technologies and drive automation test strategy for performance testing of new CPE releases.
Record and document results and compare to expected results.

Any Bachelor Degree with the above quality
