This shift is 8:00am-4:30pm Monday- Friday. This job will close 11/2/2026 US Synthetic has an immediate need for a Shipping Clerk located in Orem, UT . The Shipping Clerk will kit, verify, box, and process products for shipment to external customers, while working with internal and external partners to create a world-class shipping experience for our customers. What You Will Do: Prepares finished goods for shipping including packaging and proper labeling according to signal. Separate specific product by quantity requested into final shipping trays Label trays properly as per customer specifications Inspect trays for proper quantity, size and labeling Package products to arrive damage free to customer Prepare shipping and billing labels using FedEx, UPS and DHL software Affixes Airway Bill on packages. Supply correct documentation for the customer, including any import/exportation Count finished goods quantities to ensure accurate inventory End of year count of all finished goods product, (audits takes place on January 1 of each year, and is a required workday) Performs other related duties as assigned Engage is continuous improvement activities (VSM, daily kaizen, R3, safety matrix etc.) Follow all company policies (Attendance, No Tobacco Products on Campus, Illegal Drug & Alcohol, Family Medical Leave Act, Personal Appearance, Personal Electronic Devices, Vacation & Personal Time, etc.) Shift schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED is required Immigration sponsorship not available for this role Minimum one year experience at US Synthetic Physical Demands: Required to walk, stand and/or sit for up to 9 hours Visually inspect part numbers, labels, pkg slips Lift up to 50-100 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge and practice of identifying waste. Proven record of improving the worksite Improve delivery of value to the customer using PDCA. Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Commitment to company values.
