Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following;

Preparation of daily updates of Job Completion Certificate (JCC) pictures from subcontractors immediately after cutover for both Solar Deployment Sites and BTS/Green Field/RFI sites.

Collation of Picture Reporting Templates for sites already cutover and BTS/RFI sites from respective sub contractors.

Verification of subcontractors invoicing claims for already cutover sites with Submitted Raw Pictures.

Preparation of Solar Job Completion Certificates (JJC documents) for all regions.

Certifying and signing of JCCs at various regions with the client.

Resolution of Solar Deployment issues immediately after cutover to DC Diesel Generator from AC Diesel Generator which includes preparation of Material Request Form for the items where applicable and rectification of PAC failed.

Qualifications

Must have a BSc, B. Eng. / HND.

Must have least two (2) years experience.

Must be very proficient in the use of MS Excel.

Must be highly analytical and have an excellent problem solving skill.

Must be able to work under pressure and long hours.
