We are looking to hire a Team lead who will take part in development and maintenance services for customized software solutions for large Europe customer - a provider of innovative software solutions for public sector.

You will work in a multicultural environment with talented colleagues in several European countries both on-site and when going to business trips.

Job Description

New functionality development
Implementing the software solution (coding, configuration, defect fixing, etc.) with good quality and performance
Leading a team of engineers, coordinating all issues within team
Communication with customer’s business departments and test team
Assisting in coordination and project planning
Resolving impediments along the project
Coordinating technical activities and documentation

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering as Java developer
Experience in development using RCP frameworks; especially Eclipse RCP
Good analytical skills
Experience in team management
Strong ability to negotiate, manage conflict and manage risk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced written and spoken English
Self-driven personal approach and passion for helping others
A positive and resilient mindset and high stress tolerance
Ability to travel to the following countries (if required): Switzerland
