Job Description

Conduct onsite and offsite technical support (L1) to customers
Provide Onsite Hardware Installations
Conduct Onsite Maintenance
Prepare and provide Service Reports to customers

Qualifications

Higher NiTEC Certificate or Diploma in IT /Computer/Network or related studies.
Basic knowledge of Linux an advantage
Basic knowledge in LAN (network, routers, switches)
Optional Development skills (ASP.Net/ HTML/ CSS/ JQuery/ JavaScript)

Essential Skills

Able to work independently and self-motivated
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Fresh graduates from ITE or Poly are welcome to apply
