Role Purpose Frisbii is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager Nordics to join our team in Denmark (Copenhagen). In this role, you will lead regional demand generation initiatives while supporting global marketing campaigns and strategic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact campaigns across digital channels, events, and content marketing to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with a data-driven mindset, understands B2B SaaS demand generation dynamics and revenue marketing principles. What you'll do Lead the field marketing planning and execution for the Nordic region and support global campaigns as needed Plan, organize and execute high performing marketing campaigns and webinars in the Nordic region that drive pipeline growth and new customer acquisition Develop high-converting campaign assets across digital channels Set-up campaigns in Linkedin, Hubspot or other relevant channels Plan, set-up and market webinars including the coordination of content and speakers Plan, organize and execute events in collaboration with Sales Analyze the success of your campaigns and monitor a set of regional KPIs Collaborate closely with the field marketing managers in Germany and France, content management, brand and graphic design Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and lead conversion What you bring At least 3 years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing environment Excellent campaign and project management skills Experience in managing highly effective paid campaigns on Google, Linkedin and Facebook/Instagram Experience in growth or lifecycle marketing by email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned/ earned channels Experience with persona-based / ICP marketing Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing tools, ideally Hubspot and CMS platforms, ideally WordPress/Elementor Excellent Danish and English language skills (written and spoken), Swedish and Norwegian are a plus High affinity for technical topics How you work You are proactive, hands-on, and focused on finding solutions You take ownership of your work and are comfortable working independently You bring creativity and curiosity, and enjoy testing new ideas and continuously improving what you do You are a strong communicator who builds effective relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners Why Join Us Take real responsibility for shaping and driving our gowth marketing activites accross the market Work on innovative AI-driven initiatives, explore new ways of reaching and engaging custonmers, test your ideas and shape how we grow Be part of a supportive and ambitious marketing team in Europe Work out of our friendly and lively office in Copenhagen Enjoy local employee benefits Please read and take note of our data protection notice and the information on the processing of applicant data .
