Ground Mount Solar Plant EPC/INC Work: Must have significant experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Installation and Commissioning (INC) of ground-mounted solar plants. Should have worked on projects exceeding 5 MW capacity. 2. High Tension (HT), Transmission Line (TL), and Switchyard Experience: Must possess hands-on experience in managing HT systems, transmission lines, and switchyards. 3. Multiple Site Management: Proven ability to manage multiple solar project sites simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. 4. Vendor, Client, and Team Management: Strong skills in managing vendors, maintaining client relationships, and leading project teams effectively. 5. Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and report project progress. 6.
