Data Entry Clerk (Temporary Positions)

We are seeking a part time individual to join our sales and marketing team as a Data Entry Clerk. This person must be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, but also have the discipline to work independently. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:-

Data Entry of freight carrier invoices and bills of lading (if necessary)
Working with Customer Account Administrator to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data
Communicating with client on a regular basis regarding day-to-day processing
Utilizing Nulogx system/software to run client reports
Validation and sending of client reports and packages on a weekly basis
Assisting in the development of client processing documents
Participating in client meetings with Operations team and management
Identifying areas of improvement in both the system and process
Ensure highest quality customer service

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :-

Strong data entry skills, with both speed and accuracy
Experience with the Transportation/Logistics industry, specifically with freight bills
Strong attention to detail
Good communications skills, both verbal and written
Solid interpersonal skills
