Your future responsibilities:
- Eigenständige Betreuung des Vertriebsgebiets Baden-Württemberg
- Kundenbindung und Kundenpflege durch kompetente und sichere Beratung der bestehenden Kunden sowie NeukundenakquiseUmsatzsteigerung durch Beobachtung, Analyse und Einschätzung der Marktsituation und des Wettbewerbs
- Produktpräsentation und Workshops in den Kliniken inklusive OP-Betreuung (Endoprothetik)
- Kundenverhandlungen, Bewertung und Spezifizierung von Kundenanfragen inkl. Kalkulation/Preisgestaltung
- Beteiligung an regionalen und überregionalen Fachkongressen und Tagungen
What you bring to the role:
- Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder medizinische Ausbildung
- Nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst mit Medizinprodukten oder Berufserfahrung als OP-Pfleger bzw. OP-Schwester mehrjährig im Bereich Endoprothetik
- Sicheres Auftreten und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Verhandlungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil - sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
