Job Description

Develop the market in your region in correlation with normal sales and economic growth factors.
See to it that the sales and collection goals of your region are achieved or exceeded at minimum cost
Plan organize and develop marketing or sales groups in your region that could carry out sales activities and collection and conservation functions efficiently and profitably.
Implement Company standards and procedures in all branches under your region.
Prepare, submit for approval and implement marketing plans of your region.
Submit to the Head of Marketing, appropriate regular reports on the performance of your region.
Recommend hiring, transfer, promotions or termination of personnel in your region.
Recommend hiring of agency managers and group managers
Recommend opening of marketing areas and offices.
Advise and assist group managers, unit managers and sales agency managers in achieving their sales goals and coordinate your activities in order to provide guidance and motivation to the sales group.
Accountable to the Marketing Head for the fulfillment of your functions, responsibilities and relationships, insofar as sales matters are concerned.
Responsible to officers in the Head Office on matters within their jurisdiction concerning collections and other administrative and finance functions.

Computer literate
Preferably with sales experience in pre-need or insurance
With good communication skills, oral and written
