Company Description

Our story began in 2008 when Inspired EC was co-founded by Tash Treveton and Nicole Halton, who had formed an instant connection when they began working together in a preschool room back in 2003.

Our passion lies in nature based education and the importance of play in high quality environments, but what really sets us apart is our approach to working with early childhood professionals. We do not believe that it is up to us, or anyone for that matter, to give all the answers. We pride ourselves on asking the questions and supporting educators to come up with their own answers.

Our scheme was born in 2014 as Tash and Nic reflected on what it could look like to develop a family day care service that was committed to supporting educators to explore their natural environments and communities, to encourage healthy risk taking, and to embrace the uniqueness of each educator, home and community.

Job Description

They would create digital plans of sketches that I make of playgrounds and create documentation books for them, full training available.

Qualifications

Good English receptive and expressive. Formatting and desktop publishing skills

Additional Information

Experience in any particular software that is to be used:

Basic proficiency in Illustrator (paid software) or alternatively Inkscape (free software)
Basic proficiency in Photoshop (paid software) or alternatively Kritta (free software)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft word or Pages

Nice to have/can teach:

Understanding of fall zones and playground safety
