Job Description

Management Consultants will work as a part of SIM Advisory teams to serve our clients on medium and long term Consulting and Analytics engagements to improve clients’ marketing initiatives and build client marketing capabilities

Examples of current engagements:

We expect Management Consultants at our firm to work independently with senior clients managing expectations and deliverables. Our Consultants get learning opportunities and experiences and opportunities to develop business relationships with senior corporate leaders earlier in their career track than is typical in the industry. We expect our Consultants to evolve into Partners in Management Consulting or to eventually exit into senior management roles in Marketing and Sales or General Management.

Qualifications

MBA from reputed institutions and experience in Management Consulting in B2B Marketing and Sales. Candidates with multiple years of experience at reputed consulting firms will be considered for Senior Management Consultant roles. For Junior Management Consultant roles, we will consider candidates with experience at analytics firms, or equivalent experience at corporates. Bachelor’s degree from reputed institutions in Engineering, Science, or similar technical backgrounds a plus.
