How you'll make impact

This role will shape Airwallex’s commercial strategy in Greater China, identify the priorities that will move regional performance forward, and support the commercial team to deliver against them. You’ll analyze commercial results, translate insights into clear actions, and advise on strategy while coordinating internal resources around key commercial initiatives and deals.

You’ll lead cross-functional projects that standardize and improve commercial processes and systems, including commercial SOPs, CRM systems, data analytics toolkits, training programs, and other operating models. You’ll also take direct accountability for the most critical and complex special projects, working with colleagues across functions and around the world to deliver commercial, product, and operational priorities.

You'll work from our Shanghai or Shenzhen office five days a week.

What we're looking for

Essentials

A bachelor’s degree or above from a top institution.
4–8 years of experience in a relevant role at a top-tier consulting firm, VC firm, or investment bank.
Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources into a coherent framework for addressing business opportunities or challenges.
Strong data analysis skills, with familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and drive project implementation.
A strong ownership mentality, resilience under pressure, and the ability to navigate a global organization.

Preferred

Experience supporting commercial strategy, revenue operations, or strategic projects in a startup, technology, fintech, or other high-growth environment.
Experience improving commercial processes, CRM systems, analytics toolkits, training programs, or operating models.
Experience working across Greater China or with globally distributed teams.
