New YorkNYPosted 27 Oct 2026baseline

Leads the execution of complex, cross-functional revenue initiatives where there is no natural single owner, ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful delivery across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Regional leadership, and Revenue Operations.

Owns and delivers a portfolio of assigned strategic programs, including AI initiatives with defined cost‑saving and efficiency targets, and is accountable for tracking, reporting, and realizing measurable business outcomes.

Operates and evolves the Revenue PMO from an ad‑hoc coordination function into a structured, execution‑focused capability, balancing hands‑on program delivery with pragmatic governance, planning, and reporting.

Personally manages and delivers both large, strategic programs and smaller high‑impact initiatives, establishing clear plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics, and ensuring disciplined execution.

Acts as a credible and constructive challenger to senior stakeholders, including Sales and Product leadership, to maintain focus, pace, and accountability; proactively escalates risks and recommends corrective actions, including recommending projects be paused or stopped when delivery or value is at risk.

Coordinates AI programs across business, data, and technology teams, ensuring AI use cases address real commercial and operational problems and that savings and benefits are transparently tracked and reported.

Provides regular, concise status updates and insights to the Head of Revenue Operations, CRO, and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Builds, manages, and develops a small PMO team while maintaining direct ownership of key programs and delivery responsibilities.

Manages budgets and resources for assigned programs and PMO team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with agreed priorities.

Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and influencers to enable execution in a matrix environment without formal authority.

Ensures that project and program obligations are met with respect to scope, quality, cost, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
