user provisioning, permissions, configuration, and ongoing platform administration.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Independently troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Maintain and optimize integrations and data flows across GTM systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Drive improvements in platform adoption, utilization, and return on investment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead assigned evaluations, implementations, and rollouts of new GTM tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Establish and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, integrations, and administrative procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage assigned vendor relationships, licenses, renewals, and platform utilization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Serve as a secondary HubSpot administrator and independently manage assigned administrative requests.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Manage HubSpot user access, permissions, properties, pipelines, workflows, lists, and other configurations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Maintain CRM data quality, governance, and consistency.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales/Revenue Operations to ensure HubSpot effectively supports processes across the customer lifecycle.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Lead testing and quality assurance for assigned system and process changes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Establish and maintain documentation of HubSpot processes, configurations, and governance standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards for Sales and GTM stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Own recurring and ad hoc reporting requests within the role’s area of responsibility.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Monitor pipeline, activity, conversion, and other GTM performance metrics, identifying trends and areas requiring attention.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Validate reporting accuracy and lead the resolution of underlying data issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions and operational requirements into actionable reports and dashboards.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Establish and maintain consistent definitions and reporting standards across GTM teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation, and recommend scalable solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams to deliver GTM operational initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Develop, document, and The OTE range for this position is USD $120,000.00-$150,000.00.
