In this role, you will contribute to building and enhancing our data engineering framework, helping develop a clear and concise data model that supports data science, ETLs, internal tools, and self-service data solutions. Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or a closely related field, with strong experience in data modeling and data job development.</li> <li>Familiarity with technologies such as Spark, dbt, Fivetran, and Airflow to access an S3 data warehouse.</li> <li>Experience with AI coding agents, such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools, and an interest in using them to understand and build software.</li> <li>Experience partnering cross-functionally and gathering input from stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify and move complex problems forward.</li> <li>Production-level coding experience in Python and SQL.</li> <li>Innovative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and learn from potential failure.</li> </ul> Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Contribute to the development and enhancement of the data engineering framework.</li> <li>Help build infrastructure that centralizes ETL logic and metric definitions.</li> <li>Design and build scalable data engineering solutions to solve business and data problems.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of a clear and concise data model supporting data science, ETLs, and internal tools.</li> <li>Help develop self-service data and tools that facilitate scalable decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Contribute ideas and technical solutions that support impactful, data-driven directions.</li> <li>Use AI coding agents to understand existing systems and build software.</li> <li>Contribute to a culture of technical collaboration and scalable development.</li> <li>Work on projects with visibility across the organization and help reduce friction in how teams use data.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">What you can expect from us Here at Nexaminds, we're not your typical workplace.
