Job Description

PFI Tech currently has a need for an entry-level Paper Distributor to provide support to our client site in Everett, WA. The primary duties will include inventorying, ordering, delivering and installing paper to printers at client site. Please review the details and submit resume for immediate consideration.

Paper Distributor Responsibilities Include:

Providing outstanding customer service via phone, e-mail and in person at the client’s location.
Maintain paper inventory levels by building/room for large client campus environment.
Delivering paper for a variety of printing devices on a scheduled basis
Inputting data into pre-define forms, excel, and web applications.
Use pre-determined processes for ordering paper to be delivered to client storage location
Escalate issues immediately
Using and navigating printer menus
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Paper Distributor Requirements:

High School diploma minimum; some technical education preferred
Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to Maintain a professional appearance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a repetitive basis.
Comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck (provided)
Comfortable using hand truck and pallet jack to move paper
Must have an active driver’s license
Must be able to pass client background check, drug screen & fully vaccinated for COVID-19
