Job Description
- Overall responsibility for recruiting, orienting and training, supervising and developing group managers and sales counselors for the agency
- Provides training and orientation of CFPI products and services to associates
- Conducts regular meetingsas prescribed in the system
- Coordinates marketing support activities with the Area Head
- Conducts Career Orientation programs and other meetings in consonance with company official Fast Track program to demonstrate strong leadership among Group Managers
- Responsible for the sales and recruitment results of the agency.
Qualifications
- Preferably College Graduate
- With adminitrative skills
- Leadership skills a must

- The Agency Manager position is a commission-based position. He/She received compensation according to the results of his/her agency's production.
