About the Role

Own the enterprise sales process for an AI and automation platform serving the freight and logistics industry. You will work closely with commercial leadership to convert active pilots into long-term partnerships and build a repeatable approach to selling into complex global organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full sales cycle with enterprise freight forwarders, from initial conversations through contract signature.

  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers and other senior stakeholders at global and regional organizations.

  • Develop and refine sales playbooks as the business grows beyond founder-led sales.

  • Shape pricing, contract negotiations, and deal structures for complex enterprise agreements.

  • Translate customer feedback and insights into product, positioning, and go-to-market priorities.

  • Travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to Asia and North America to meet customers and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to seven years of enterprise sales experience selling technology or software into traditional, operations-heavy industries.

  • A track record of personally closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations.

  • Experience managing long sales cycles and navigating multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise organizations.

  • Background selling SaaS, AI, or automation products, ideally into logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

  • Strong discovery, business case development, and ROI quantification skills in operational environments.

  • Experience developing sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies, as well as handling pricing, negotiations, and deal structuring.

  • Comfort working in a founder-led or early-stage environment.

  • Fluent German and English, including the ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations. Additional European languages are a plus.

  • Authorization to work locally in Germany and willingness to work in person several days per week and travel regularly.
