Spring Oak Toms River is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for part-time and per diem evening positions . As a CMA, you will help support residents’ health, comfort, and well-being through safe medication administration and compassionate, resident-centered care. \n Responsibilities: Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and community procedures. Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff. Maintain accurate and timely medication administration records. Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of medications. Support residents’ daily care needs while respecting their dignity, privacy, and independence. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate professionally with residents, families, nursing staff, and other team members. Follow infection control, privacy, and safety procedures. Qualifications: Current New Jersey Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification . Previous assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
