Perform peptide synthesis for small scale production Clean and maintain synthesizers Execute automated purifications using chromatographic techniques including but not limited to HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS Prepare buffers and solutions; maintain inventories and lab equipment Document assay data and contribute to study reports Operate, program and perform high throughout testing using laboratory automation and liquid handling Perform experiment documentation/notebook Assist in any troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation Develop and maintain knowledge of various aspects of laboratory operations Interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience HPLC, UPLC, LCMS, buffer prep, peptide synthesis Strong scientific, organizational, and computer skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Clear and effective written and verbal communication Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and collaboratively Committed to continuous improvement and high-quality data delivery using ALCOA+ principles Position is full-time, first-shift, Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM.
