Work closely with engineering to sequence work and deliver quality releases.</li> <li>Through collaboration with engineering and design, develop high-impact solutions. Write clear product specs. Remove execution blockers across multi-team projects.</li> <li>Partner with customers and internal experts to uncover high-value use cases.</li> <li>Communicate decisions and tradeoffs effectively across team, stakeholders and senior leadership.</li> <li>Understand in-depth the ecosystem of incident response and threat detection, the markets, competition, and customer workflows.</li> <li>Define KPIs for product quality and performance, track results, and refine product direction based on learning.&nbsp;Foster a culture of thoughtful prioritization and product thinking.</li> </ul> REQUIRED SKILLS As a Senior Product Manager, the expected skillset should include: <ul> <li>6+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or deeply technical SaaS products.</li> <li>Execution excellence demonstrated by an ability to drive complex, multi-team initiatives from concept to delivery.</li> <li>Process excellence demonstrated by an ability to design and evolve processes that enable high-quality decision-making, strong customer impact, and sustained delivery velocity.</li> <li>Excellent product judgment, consistently turning ambiguity into clear decisions.</li> <li>Technical depth, and confidence to jump into conversations involving system architecture, data flows, server performance, and cybersecurity logic.</li> <li>Customer-oriented, with a passion for deeply understanding the workflows and needs of incident response teams.</li> <li>Clear and effective communication, with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to articulate tradeoffs and influence stakeholders.</li> <li>Data-driven approach, using KPIs, experimentation, and customer learning loops to inform product decisions.</li> <li>Collaborative leadership style, enjoying a close partnership with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.</li> </ul> PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Successful candidates for this role may also demonstrate the following experience or skills: <ul> <li>Experience building or operating security, EDR, or forensics products.</li> <li>Experience working with security operations or incident response teams.</li> </ul> <h2>COMPENSATION</h2> Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and skills.
