ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Pathfinder at Pilgrim, you’ll take on important problems that don’t map to an existing role. You’ll define what needs to be done, own the work through completion, and then move to the next challenge. Expect compressed timelines and travel to demanding field environments. This is also our general application.
