We're launching first in NYC and we believe one thing above everything else: connection is health. Our members have optimized their training, their nutrition, their recovery. ATEAM exists for the part they haven't figured out yet: human connection. ROLE OVERVIEW We're hiring a Social Media & Community Manager to run ATEAM's day-to-day presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

You'll produce and post content on a consistent cadence, show up in the comments and DMs like a real human is commenting, and be on set during influencer shoots to help bring the creative to life. This role is a fit for someone authentically embedded in the NYC health and wellness community. You have a strong design eye, move fast in Figma or Canva, and know how to translate a brand voice across every touchpoint. There's real runway to grow into a full-time position as ATEAM scales.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Instagram content: 2-3 grid posts per week, 3-4 highlight reels per month, IG stories as needed. - TikTok content: 2-3 posts per week. - Community management across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Comments, DMs, and engagement that signal we're present and human and paying attention. - On-set creative support during influencer shoots, working alongside 2-3 influencers per week to help direct and shape content in the moment. - Email and SMS responses from campaign outreach as needed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Deep wellness category fluency.

You know the studios, the founders, the creators, the brands. - Strong design eye. Fluent in Figma or Canva. - Someone who understands that a DM reply is a brand moment and can respond like a human without chatGPT. - Fast and organized across multiple channels without letting anything drop. - Comfortable on set with talent and influencers. - Background in social media, brand, or community roles at a brand, fitness studio, or startup.
