Outreach & Negotiation – Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators. 4. Growth Initiatives – Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders. 5.

Market Research – Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities. 6. Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained engagement. 7.
