Support and administer Microsoft identity, endpoint, and productivity platforms, including Azure Entra ID , Active Directory (on‑premises and hybrid) , Microsoft Intune , Microsoft 365 , Configuration Manager (SCCM) , and Windows Autopilot , under limited supervision. Perform day‑to‑day operational tasks such as user, device, and access provisioning; endpoint enrollment; policy assignment; and basic troubleshooting across Microsoft cloud and on‑premises environments.

Assist with the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrade of Microsoft endpoint and identity services to ensure availability, performance, and security in line with established procedures. Support device lifecycle activities, including Windows Autopilot deployments , device re‑provisioning, compliance remediation, and application delivery using Intune and Configuration Manager. Monitor service health, alerts, and operational dashboards across Microsoft platforms, escalating issues as appropriate and contributing to incident resolution and root‑cause analysis.

Review operational data related to identity usage, device compliance, and service performance to support capacity planning, security posture improvements, and continuous service optimization. Follow documented standards, security controls, and change management processes while developing deeper engineering knowledge of Microsoft cloud and modern workplace technologies. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to learn design concepts, automation approaches, and best practices for managing enterprise‑scale Microsoft environments.
