Overview Reports to Facilities Maintenance Manager The Facilities Maintenance Maintainer will be responsible for: Implement and monitor preventative maintenance to reduce unscheduled breakdowns. Coordinate routine maintenance. Perform maintenance tasks and physical hands-on work. Coordinate maintenance of buildings, grounds, and parking areas of all facilities. Ensure compliance of all safety standards. Other duties as required. Requirements: Ability to work with minimal supervision; Valid Canadian driver’s license Strong organization, communication and self-motivated with solid decision-making skills. Ability to use tools, table saw, tape measure and hand tools. Basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and electrical knowledge and skills.
