Job Description
The scrum master has strong experience in IT projects, in order to work on specific IT projects following Agile methodology, have to support and coach his project team(s) and/or other scrum masters helping them to integrate Agile approach and principles in their way of working.

Personal Skills
- Dutch or French but very good knowledge of the other language
- Good communication skills
- Customer and solution oriented
- Good capacity for planning & organisation
- Ability to take an helicopter view
- Team player
- Coaching skills
Business experience required (>3 years)
- Experience within large IT organisation
- Experience in projects with both waterfall and agile methodologies
Functional experience required (>3 years)
- Project Management for large and complex projects
- Agile methodologies : Scrum and Kanban
- Certified Scrum Master
