Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

· You will be the ‘front-ending’ sales person to call and reach out to decision makers /influence rs and identify sales opportunities – Sales 101!

· You shall take a consultative /solutions approach to your sales lead generation

· You shall carry out the required market research and profiling to further qualify the prospects

· Understand and execute the necessary process compliance and quality metrics

· Maintain high level of client satisfaction

· Build your knowledge and understanding of the relevant subject matter that you shall pitch to your prospects

· You will be involved in building pitch guides and scripts prior to program execution

Qualifications

Key Skills Required:

1.Excellent Communication Skills, good convincing skill, analyzing skill and market analyzing skill.

2. Should be target driven and able to handle pressure.

3. Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization.

4. Should be a self-motivator and work as an independent contributor.

Desire Profile:

· Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably from IT stream).

· Experiences in sales and marketing preferably from IT industry.

· Interested in a career in IT sales & Marketing.

· knowledge of MS-Excel

· Work independently with minimum supervision

· Fluency in English is must.

· Motivated, self-starter individual with a can-do attitude.

· Remuneration: As per industry standards

Soft Skills:

Excellent command over English language.

Clear communicator (written and verbal).

Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
