Job Description

*Achieving business goals and revenue targets

*Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.

*Ensuring company guidelines and procedures are being followed at all times.

*Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions (if happened on Paradise Co. property, our Legal Advisor is able to represent you in court)

*Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

:*Previous Experience as a Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, or 2+ years of management and leadership experience

*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

*Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

*Proficiency in Google Suite

*High school Diploma/GED required
