Innophos is hiring a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at our Chicago Heights, IL manufacturing site. This role serves as the central point for all planned maintenance activities, coordinating closely with Production, Maintenance, and support teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability. Reports to: Maintenance Manager The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using the CMMS (preferably JD Edwards/E1), ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to lead and communicate effectively across departments.
