Job Description

In this position, you will oversee and implement marketing campaigns, conduct in-person sales, and resolve customer questions while generating new business for our clients.

We work hand in hand with some of the biggest retailers in the world offering a unique shopping experience that educates and supports the customer to create the best buying experience. We provide an overall positive customer service experience for both our clients and consumers. In the sales representative role, you will have the ability to be promoted into management positions as we have room for growth.

POSITION DETAILS:

Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens
Demonstrate and provide our customers with product knowledge and information
Aid our patrons with new acquisitions, upgrades, and services
Identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
