JOB SUMMARY: The Business Solutions and Automation Specialist at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation (Foundation) is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, implementing automation solutions, supporting the adoption of AI-enabled tools and capabilities across the organization, and overseeing the process for implementation of IT solutions. This role partners with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, document and improve business processes across the organization, design and deliver automation solutions, and evaluate emerging AI technologies that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and team member experience.
