Job Description

Hourly Compensation: $18-$25/hr DOE

Required Graduation Year: 2020-2025

Preferred Majors: Marketing, Sales, Business

1hire is looking for a driven, creative, and enthusiastic Marketing Manager! From you first day of work, you will play a key role within the company! Expect hand-on experience in business strategy, client interaction, and marketing analytics.

Occasional business travel may be required. Compliant with all current Covid-19 regulations.

Qualifications

Partner with RPO Manager to develop an in-depth marketing and sales strategy for Western Pennsylvania & Eastern Ohio regions.
Actively manage social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Travel to small and mid-size businesses for client sales meetings
